Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Welcome to Draftable.fun (“Draftable”, “we”, “us”). Draftable lets groups run snake-style drafts about anything they have opinions on. By using Draftable, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. The service
Draftable provides tools to create, join, run, and spectate drafts: topic setup, pick timers, join codes, voting, prediction scoring, and related features. The service is provided as-is and may change, gain, or lose features at any time.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with Google, with an email sign-in link, or join a draft as a guest with a nickname and join code. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or guest session. Guest sessions are tied to your browser; if you later sign in, your guest participation may be linked to your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Draftable.
3. Your content
Draft topics, pick names, nicknames, chat messages, and anything else you submit remain yours. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your draft to its participants and spectators, or listing public drafts on the home page. Drafts you mark public are visible to anyone.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Draftable to harass, defame, or target people; to post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit; to spam or scrape the service; to interfere with other users’ drafts; or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Termination
You can stop using Draftable at any time and may request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access to the service for conduct that violates these terms or harms the service or its users.
6. Disclaimers
Draftable is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any draft data will be preserved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftable and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free service, may be zero).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Draftable after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
